Refund and Cancellation Policy

One-time reviews and projects are scheduled after payment and may become non-refundable once research, preparation or scheduled work begins, except where otherwise stated in a written agreement or required by law. Monthly services, cancellation timing, outstanding balances and transition responsibilities are governed by the applicable service agreement.
